SHIPPING POLICY

 

Reece Boutique ships using USPS. Shipping to the United States only. Local Pickup is an option for those local to Charlotte, North Carolina. We offer completely free shipping in the United States over $100, otherwise a flat $5 shipping fee is applied

 

RETURN POLICY

We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If not please feel free to exchange or request a full money back return. Returns can be made within 10 business days for in store purchases for a full refund. After this period you up to 30 days from purchase for store credit or exchange. Items must have original tags intact, no wear may be shown. Discounted items are Final Sale only (excludes ambassadors).

 

Refund Policy

We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If not please feel free to exchange or request a full money back return. Returns can be made within 10 business days for in store and online purchases for a full refund. After this period, you have up to 30 days from purchase for store credit or exchange.

After 30 days no exchanges may be made. Any orders after 60 days regardless cannot be returned or exchanged. Items must have original tags intact, no wear may be shown. No items after 10 days may be given a money back return. No shipping refunds are given.

All online orders for refunds and exchanges begin time to return/exchange from the date once customer has item(s) delivered.

Holidays Policy

For Nov 20th to January 5th all items purchased during this period with receipt can be exchanged during this period for equal or lesser value. No items after 10 days may be given a money back return.

Returns can be made within 10 business days for in store and online purchases for a full refund.

No International Returns


To start a return, you can contact us at info@thereeceboutique.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or discounted items, or gift cards. Personal or ambassador codes do not apply

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
